Teether

Teether

What?!  I was told Down Syndrome kids teethed later than a typical kid (usually between 12-14 months, in some cases up to 24 months old).  I feel slightly cheated on the matter because big sister didn't get her first tooth until after her 1st birthday and this guy got his first tooth at about 10 months.  Okay, okay, so not too much sooner... Also, Down's kids can teeth in random places (instead of the typical order of bottom two first, top four next, etc...) Welles actually did get his bottom tooth first!  And a big bottom tooth for that matter.  We had a few sleepless nights as he woke up multiple times drooling and achey.  Poor dude.  And poor mommy I might add.  Check out his chomper!
