Mama's day 2015
Hoping all of my mommy friends out there had a rockin' Mother's Day! Every loving mother deserves a special day to be recognized for all the hard work, all the pressure not to mess our kids up and all the love that you give unconditionally to your babies. On December 4th, 2011 Scarlett made me a mom. As I held her, I just knew that no mother on earth loved her baby as much as I loved the little bundle in my arms. I'm pretty sure we all feel that way as moms... That the love we have is beyond anyone’s comprehension. And then there are days we feel that way about the frustration those same babies drive us to! Being a mom, stretches me, pushes me and drives me with an unwavering love to become the woman I am supposed to be.
Thank you to the mothers who raised my husband and myself, the mothers who I watch, admire and emulate, the mothers who are raising the kids around my kids and the mothers who are trying to have babies of their own, but love mine in the mean time (you're already mom's in my book).
We enjoyed a very low key Mother's Day. Full of loves and cuddles from my littles, no diaper changes (thanks Scott) and no cooking. My kind of day! ;)
